Schedule: Rotating schedule: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements
Active nursing license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
Monitor and assess patient health and progress, implementing appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
Document patient care and assessments accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
Compliance / Notes
Completion of background checks and drug screens required.
Orientation schedule will be provided upon hiring.
Scrubs required as per facility dress code.
