Assembly Technician

At International Auto Processing, LLC, the Assembly Technician will install and perform quality installations of required parts. Essential Duties:

Disassemble and re-assemble defected/damaged vehicle body components.

Install various components per customer specifications.

Organize and repair body shop vehicles based on a priority list.

Buff and polish scratches out.

Perform touch-up of paint chips using the correct paints.

Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT: Monday

Friday 7:00am

3:30pm Possible overtime and weekend work as directed by business need. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid US Driver's License

Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security

Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Must have own tools and willingness to maintain the tools necessary to complete daily tasks

Experience in a port processing environment

Deadline and detail oriented Physical Working Conditions:

Stand walk, bend, and stoop throughout shift.

Lift, push, and or pull up to 20lbs
