Job Description
Supervise day-to-day production activities within the foods department
Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet output, quality, and safety targets
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and allergen controls)
Monitor production schedules, yields, and downtime; drive continuous improvement
Liaise with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure accurate production records and reporting
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment at all times

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of cooked food processes (stir-fry or similar preferred)
Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
Confident people leader with excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Flexible to work shifts as required
