PC Painter

We are looking for a detail-oriented Painter to join a production finish team.
Responsibilities:
Mastering Safety: Be proficient in the safe operation of painting equipment.
Mastering the Finish: Applying high-quality powder and/or wet spray coatings with precision.
Keeping Things Moving: Managing the paint line, loading/unloading parts, and making real-time adjustments to keep our workflow smooth.
Quality First: Inspecting finished pieces against engineering drawings to ensure every part is perfect before it leaves your station.
Total Care: Handling equipment maintenance and performing thorough color changes to keep our operations clean and efficient.
Collaboration: Working with the team to interpret work orders and safely move materials using overhead cranes and rigging.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a standard vision test (corrective lenses are fine!), and the physical aptitude to handle the demands of the shop floor.
You're comfortable reading instructions and chatting with the team to solve problems and share ideas.
