Member Service Concierge
We are seeking a Member Service Concierge to be the welcoming face of the credit union and the first point of contact for members entering the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming guests and members in a courteous and professional manner.
Actively engaging members to identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or service area.
Assisting members with basic account inquiries, digital banking tools and technology support.
Performing basic teller functions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and payments.
Educating and promoting credit union products, services, and digital solutions.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment.
Providing administrative and operational support to branch and back-office teams as needed.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
