We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Technician

to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience with

cutting-edge technologies

including lasers, microscopes, and precision test equipment. We provide

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare materials to meet quality requirements using work instructions, prints, and assembly aids.
Label, package, and complete required quality documentation for finished products.
Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup/changeovers.
Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensional and cosmetic accuracy.
Record production data accurately in Labortrak software.
Follow ISO quality system requirements and maintain compliance at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

read and interpret blueprints

and follow work instructions.
Comfortable working independently to meet schedules and deadlines.
Basic

computer and math skills .
Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality.
Team player who is willing to assist colleagues.
Prior experience with small-scale mechanical assembly or disassembly is a plus.
Experience using measurement tools to verify product quality preferred.
Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow with us.
