Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering hands-on, compassionate care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. This position works closely with nursing leadership to ensure high-quality care and a positive resident experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and committed to making a meaningful impact each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide safe transfers and repositioning using proper techniques
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing
Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
