Dispatcher / Service Support

4:00 PM $22/HR+ (based on experience) We are specifically looking for someone to OWN our dispatch operations. This is not just an admin role
dispatch is the most critical part of this position. If you can manage schedules, keep technicians moving efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.
Primary Focus: DISPATCH
Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules
Prioritize calls and adjust schedules in real-time
Ensure technicians are utilized efficiently throughout the day
Be the central point of communication between techs, customers, and the team
Additional Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and handle follow-ups
Enter service orders, update records, and invoice jobs
Order/track parts and assist with inventory
Support counter customers and parts requests
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dispatching or scheduling strongly preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience
No weekends
