Extrusion Operator
We are seeking skilled Extrusion Machine Operators to join our team. Positions are available for multiple shifts, offering competitive hourly rates based on experience.
Responsibilities
Operate extrusion machinery efficiently and safely.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Use hand and power tools as needed during operations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Essential Skills
Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of machine operations.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
Basic math skills to assist in production calculations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in extrusion processes is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment includes operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing setting. Employees can choose from three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) with a 10% differential, and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) with a 15% differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
