Machine Operator
We are in search of a dedicated and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will have the overall line responsibility from production to packaging. You will operate the computer system, stack finished products, monitor production, and pull samples for the lab. You will be required to record production and problems encountered during your shift, ensuring goods are produced and packaged in the correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications. You will work to ensure that the team is efficient and works together harmoniously.
Responsibilities

Record production details and issues during shifts.
Ensure goods are produced and packaged correctly and in accordance with specifications.
Promote team efficiency and harmony.
Regularly stand, walk, and reach as part of daily tasks.
Lift 10 lbs regularly, 30 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
1+ years of Machine Operating experience.
Operation of Computer Systems.
Quality Inspection.
Mechanical Aptitude.
Production Monitoring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to stand on feet for 12-hour shifts.
Teamwork.

Work Environment

Shifts are 12-hour switch shifts - 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off. Shift times are A/C and B/D: 6:00pm-6:30am. A 30-day probationary period includes training from 6 AM - 6 PM on a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
