2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00pm3:00am (48 hours/week with 8 hours of built-in overtime)
Pay: $18$19/hr based on experience, plus $2/hr shift differential once hired on directly
1st Shift: MondayThursday, 5:00am3:30pm, with Friday overtime as needed
Pay: $18$19/hr based on experience
What You'll Do
Accurately read and interpret tape measures down to 1/8 inch
Work confidently with hand and power tools such as nail guns and table saws
Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
Occasionally lift materials up to 75 lbs
Commit to 50-hour workweeks with consistent overtime
Bring basic hand tools on day one (or obtain them through our company-supported program)
What You Bring
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch
Experience using hand and power tools
Comfort working in a high-production environment
Capacity to lift 75 lbs as needed
Willingness to work 50 hours per week
Preferred Experience
Experience in framing or construction
Familiarity with nail guns and table saws
Blueprint reading experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
