Pro Resources is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a client in Fremont, IN. The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, and Sales Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Shift and Compensation Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 PM Compensation is from 40,000 USD to 60,000 USD per year Job Duties Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Serve as a primary point of contact between front office senior managers and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with project coordination and administrative support for company initiatives Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed Support event planning, including company meetings, and executive events Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoice details for accuracy. Communicate with vendors on billing discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain organized and efficient office environment Background Profile 57+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma #Clerical
