Scheduling Coordinator
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Endoscopy Procedures and performing a variety of secretarial and statistical duties; log daily activities, answer phones as available. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to maintain constant communication with ordering offices to ensure no discrepancies exist in the electronic medical record system(s). This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Director, Perioperative Services and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One (1) to three (3) years of medical/hospital secretarial experience required
Previous scheduling and computer experience required
Work Location: 30 Locust Street
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30
Employee Type: Regular
Work Shift: Day (United States of America)
Pay Range: $18.43 - $25.63/Hourly
