Hennessy Collision of Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented team member to join us in a key support role. This position blends accounting and customer service, handling accounts receivable tasks like posting payments, following up with insurance companies, and submitting invoices, while also helping keep the front office running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Accurately create payment receipts in estimating and DMS software
Follow up with insurance companies for outstanding payments
Manage accounts receivable reports in estimating and DMS software
Submit refund requests to insurance companies and clients
Submit invoices for payment
Manage and order office supplies
Answer phones to schedule appointments and provide repair updates to clients

Requirements:

Detail-oriented
Accounts receivable experience
General knowledge of general ledgers
Exceptional communication skills
