Warehouse Worker
Pay Rate: $16$17 per hour
Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available
Location: Elizabethtown, KY
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position involves material handling, shipping and receiving, and assisting with production and returns processes. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of warehouse experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
This role supports production, inventory movement, and shipping/receiving activities, including peak operational periods.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks
Move, stage, stack, and palletize materials as required
Sort, scan, and prepare products for shipping or return processing
Support production operations by supplying materials and removing completed items
Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and order preparation
Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and correctly
Perform general warehouse duties including housekeeping and organization
Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and productivity standards
Work effectively with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
Experience loading and unloading trucks or trailers
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or production tasks
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in production or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of returns, rework, or quality inspection processes
Basic experience with inventory systems or scanners
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials throughout the shift
Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed
Work Environment
Warehouse and production setting
Exposure to seasonal temperatures (warm in summer, cooler in winter)
Industrial equipment and overhead fans present
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Elizabethtown, KY.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
