Seasonal Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do

Support full-cycle A/P
Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
Organize, register, scan, and invoices, checks, and other documents
Code invoices for all locations based on USALI standards
Import company credit card charges and reconcile to statements
Open, scan, and/or distribute daily mail
Provide support to internal business partners
Assist the Finance Department with administrative tasks
Execute additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
Organized and reliable
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time well and meet imposed deadlines
Foundational knowledge in data entry
Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience in A/P role OR AA Degree is Business/Accounting preferred
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in Excel
