What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process 50–100 invoices per day with a high level of accuracy
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and prevent duplicate or missed payments
- Assist with process improvements during a team rebuild
What We're Looking for in an Accounts Payable Specialist
- Minimum two years of accounts payable experience in a high volume or multi entity setting
- Strong vendor communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software
