Production Associate
2nd Shift

Job Description
This role supports warehouse and production operations by accurately pulling, preparing, and packaging copper tubing and pipe for shipment. You will work across multiple departments, including cell operations, saw operation, receiving, shipping, and work orders, to ensure products are safely and correctly processed and ready for delivery to major retail customers.
Responsibilities
Complete assigned jobs, tasks, and projects throughout the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner.
Move pipe and copper tubing to designated pick locations in preparation for orders.
Pull customer orders according to work orders and production requirements.
Barcode and label pipe and related products to ensure accurate identification and tracking.
Bundle and wrap pipe securely to meet packaging and safety standards.
Cut pipe according to cut sheets and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Perform scrap segregation and identification to maintain material control and minimize waste.
Cover wire and tubing with protective materials prior to boxing to ensure safe shipment.
Wrap finished products for shipment to ensure stability and protection during transport.
Load outbound shipments and unload incoming trucks as needed.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including staging, organizing, and verifying materials.
Use hand tools and basic machinery safely while following all workplace safety procedures.
Support general labor and assembly tasks as needed to keep production flowing smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, warehouse, or general labor roles.
Ability to use hand tools and perform basic machine operation in a warehouse or production environment.
Experience with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
Ability to perform physical work, including moving, lifting, bundling, and wrapping pipe and tubing.
Strong attention to detail when pulling orders, cutting pipe, labeling, and packaging products.
Ability to accurately follow written work orders, cut sheets, and labeling instructions.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
