Shredder Picker

Job Title
Visually identify and sort various materials from metal shredder conveyor systems.
During shredder downtime, perform cleanup & maintenance duties including but not limited to:
Shoveling debris
Sweeping debris
Equipment wash down
Greasing
Miscellaneous machine maintenance assistance
Additional details & requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand instructions and emergency communications
Must be able to stand at picking conveyor for extended periods
Picking stations are outdoors with shade covers
Must wear minimum PPE at all times including:
Hi visibility shirt/vest
Hard hat
Safety glasses
Gloves
Safety-toe shoes
