CCP CMS Expander 2nd Shift
Setup and operate CMS Expander and various equipment used in expanding coils. Has the ability to make adjustments as necessary to comply with drawings, quality, safety and methods procedures. May assemble coil slabs internal to operating expander.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling, inspect first production piece of each run and continually monitor conformance to standards.
Make arithmetic calculations, read blueprints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices.
Required Education & Qualifications:
Ability to make mathematic calculations, comprehend decimals and read blueprints.
Correct tool wear and report issues.
Read blueprints.
Make basic adjustments to equipment required to keep process in control.
Lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs.
Standing, walking, bending and stooping.
Mental and visual alertness and self-motivation.
Work any hours required.
Assist in training other personnel if required.
