We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join the team at our successful sports institute and training facility. As a Front Desk Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, walk-in visits and lead conversions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness and sports performance.

Responsibilities
Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the facility
Check the members in as they enter the facility
Answer phone calls and assist members as needed
Communicate with inbound leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
Communicate with outbound leads and potential partners through calls, texts, emails and in-person meetings
Contact local businesses about sponsorship
Provide an excellent onboarding experience
Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Previous customer service or sales experience
Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
