We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Maintenance Technician
to join our team. As a
Maintenance Technician , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all production equipment and systems. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute
preventative maintenance programs
for equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to
unplanned outages
and perform necessary repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and CNC systems .
Identify and source necessary parts and services for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with team members and participate in
special projects
as assigned.
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and company standards.
Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Skills and3>
Minimum of
3 years of maintenance experience
in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills.
50 lbs
.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive outlook.
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, CNC).
Commitment to safety and adherence to all company protocols.
Ability to lead environment.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive pay: $26 - $30/hour, based on experience.
