Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $65-69/hour DOQ

Overview
We're hiring an LMS Administrator (AI & Automation) to modernize and optimize enterprise learning systems through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role blends LMS administration (SuccessFactors Learning) with hands-on development using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI tools (Copilot, agents) to improve learning delivery, streamline operations, and enhance the user experience.
You'll work cross-functionally with L&D, IT, and data teams to build scalable solutions in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning (configuration, reporting, user support)
Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow, Power Automate, and Smartsheet
Build and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, service portals, and workflow solutions
Develop AI-enabled tools (Copilot, AI agents) to support content creation, learner engagement, and operational efficiency
Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance automation and knowledge management
Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions
Support LMS-related integrations, reporting, and data workflows
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge bases, and documentation
Ensure systems meet accessibility, security, and compliance standards
Partner with L&D, IT, and enterprise teams to align solutions with business needs
Contribute to multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience with LMS administration (preferably SuccessFactors Learning)
Experience with process automation tools (ServiceNow, Power Automate, or similar)
Hands-on experience building workflows and supporting enterprise systems
Experience supporting or delivering technology-driven learning initiatives
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience building AI-enabled solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, etc.)
Background in pharma, biotech, or other regulated environments
SharePoint administration or development experience
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
