About the Role:

The Mortgage Processor is responsible for assisting Senior loan processors in completing tasks associated with completing loan packages.

Third-Party Requests:

Order appraisals, title reports, Insurance binder, verifications, and follow up to ensure timely receipt.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between Sr Processors and 3rd parties to facilitate document collection and provide status updates.

Compliance and Accuracy:

Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies, as well as state and federal lending regulations.

Pipeline Assistance:

Monitor the loan pipeline to ensure deadlines are met

Documentation Management:

Collect, organize, and review borrower documents such as pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns for accuracy and completeness.

About You:

2 Year of Administrative/clerical experience; Retail Banking or Mortgage experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Home Lending department/function, documentation, and processes, plus proficiency in preparing related reports and documents preferred.

Possess customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness, with the ability to multi-task.

Ability to complete work in a timely manner, consistently meeting strict deadlines, and perform in a high production environment.

Possess strong administrative and organizational skills.

Knowledge of personal computer and related software packages, including MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other business machines.

The pay range for this role is $22.00 to $27.00.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
