Job Summary
All TEX is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment)
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus
Strong math and mechanical skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
