Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee & Espresso Machine Technician to join our team in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee and espresso machines for commercial clients
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machines, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
Train clients on proper use and maintenance of their machines
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee and espresso machine technology
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coffee and espresso machine technician
Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
We offer a competitive salary of $20-$30 hourly, with potential for overtime and bonuses. This equates to a yearly salary range of $41,600-$62,400. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
