Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide mechanical and electrical crafts within your assigned department.
Execute both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to meet operational goals.
Maintain a safe work environment and lead safety discussions and job-specific reviews.
Manage crew assignments, ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with production priorities.
Apply root cause analysis and rapid problem-solving to restore or improve operations.
Support productivity, safety, quality, and delivery performance through effective leadership.
Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Rotate between day and night shifts on a defined schedule to oversee 12-hour operations.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED (required).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with labor agreements, HR/IR practices, and union environments.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
