Overview
We are currently seeking a Temporary Office Assistant for our administrative office located in Saint Paul, MN (I94 &280)
Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate records, including resident and applicant files
Assist with the move-in process and intake functions
Answering telephone inquiries, maintaining interest lists and waiting lists for applicants
Compiling and mailing requested information to applicants, and receiving housing applications and reviewing for accuracy and completeness
Respond to resident calls and other inquiries related to resident certification or recertification, residents by phone with completing necessary forms
Talk with applicants to determine eligibility for housing
Qualifications
Successful administrative experience and experience with standard business equipment and office practices
Proficiency in all standard administrative functions, and strong computer and data processing skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with the flow of large amounts of paperwork
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally, effectively, and positively
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
