
HVAC Warranty Technician

Parker & Sons is currently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.
Peak Technicians
will perform in-depth quality checks, airflow analysis and duct evaluation. Please have:
2 years+ experience required (HVAC)
$19-26 Hourly under 4 years experience
$26-32 Hourly over 5 years experience
Working hours 8-5pm Monday through Friday
No On-Call (some weekends)
Spiffs and Incentives Program (additional income of $10K-40K on top of hourly)
Quality Checks
Start up after new HVAC Installation
Flow hood air analysis (training provided)
Duct & Attic Evaluations (training provided)
Warranty Service Technicians
will perform warranty related service calls, specializing in HVAC installation and newer technology. Please have:
3+ years of experience
Pay $25-$32HR
Excellent customer service skills
We offer a spiffs & incentives program and potential bonus 1500-3000 for individuals with 5 plus years

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in maintenance, performing quality checks, airflow analysis, duct evaluation and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
EPA Certification is a MUST
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
Attention to detail
Experience with Service Titan a plus
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
Be over 21 years of age
