Responsibilities
Monitor user-generated content and engagements to identify potential risks and enforce community guidelines
Thoroughly investigate reports of safety concerns, employing analytical skills to evaluate incidents and recommend actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security and tech departments, to develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to inform stakeholders and enhance platform safety
Stay updated on digital safety trends and emerging threats to proactively address vulnerabilities
Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of digital safety measures
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
Prior experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a relevant field is preferred
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach in identifying and handling potential issues
Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
