Responsibilities
Document Translation: Translate documents from one language to another (Korean, English), ensuring accuracy. This could include internal company documents, emails, reports, contracts, etc.
Oral Translation: Provide real-time oral translation (simultaneous or consecutive interpretation) during meetings or events.
Language Support: Collaborate with other departments or teams by offering language support. For example, assisting customer service or marketing teams in communicating with international clients.
Invoice Management with Service Providers: Collaborate with service providers to obtain accurate accounts payable details, ensuring timely receipt of invoices and effective follow-up on outstanding items.
Administrative Tasks: General Assistance: Assist with additional tasks such as project management, or provide support to other departments when necessary, closely with the audit team to review discrepancies in billing, facilitating the re-invoicing process as necessary to resolve issues.
Expense Billing Coordination: Discuss and arrange billing methodologies when expense categories differ, ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
Core Competency Required for This Position
Must be fluent in English and Korean
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
