Client Services Associate / Executive Assistant

to support our CEO and team to ensure a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role a Client Services Associate / Executive Assistant for ENTELEVEST, LLC, located in Coral Gables, FL. The Client Services Associate / Executive Assistant key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs

Coordinate client onboarding, paperwork, and account maintenance

Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence and following up on action items

Manage business and personal calendars, scheduling, and administrative workflows

Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

Assist with operational and compliance-related tasks

Provide personal support such as running errands, shopping, making reservations, arranging gifts, etc..

Additional duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Service Associate or similar financial services support role.

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, and vendors.

Demonstrated success in handling sensitive and confidential information with the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy, composure, and professionalism.

Experience in an RIA, wealth management, or financial services firm is a plus.

Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
