Job Summary:
Our housekeepers are an important part of the cleanliness of our restaurant. They will work efficiently and effectively with other team members on the day-to-day cleaning and sanitizing, along with special projects throughout the week.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping and mopping our back-of-house areas.
Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Notify managers of any damages, deficits or disturbances.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Time management skills — Working quickly without compromising quality.
Ability to follow instructions.
Communication skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Great attitude, customer service and friendly personality.
Housekeeping hard skills — experience, repetition, consistency.
Flexibility — Must be able to work 5 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
1 year of experience is preferred.
