Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and safety‑focused
Installation Technicians
to support safety enhancements on a robotics floor by installing metal fencing and related equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on mechanical experience who are comfortable using hand and power tools in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Install metal safety fencing on robotics floors to enhance facility safety
Remove floor tape and maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas
Move, stage, and organize inventory efficiently
Build, assemble, and install metal frames and fencing components
Use hand and power tools including:
Drills
Impact drivers
Screwdrivers
Hammers
Torque wrenches
Measuring tools (rulers/tape measures)
Perform repetitive lifting of materials weighing up to
50 lbs
Follow all safety policies and maintain organized workspaces
Work effectively in a loud, fast‑paced environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency using
hand and power tools
Experience with
metal frame installation or mechanical assembly
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to
50 pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial setting
Preferred Qualifications
BG in
construction, carpentry, industrial repair, or assembly
Experience in general labor, production, or quality assurance roles
Familiarity with inventory handling or installation projects
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings or schematics
Work Schedule
1st Shift:
4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift:
2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Days:
Monday through Friday (potential for additional hours)
