Proposal Coordinator
We're looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support federal proposal and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing complex information, and keeping teams aligned in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with leadership to help shape proposal responses, track opportunities, and produce clear, concise written content.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation, and drafting written summaries and internal communications
Support live federal proposals and RFI responses, contributing to real business growth efforts
Write and edit internal-facing content, including daily growth status updates, opportunity summaries, and proposal support text (non-technical)
Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy and prepare inputs for leadership reporting
Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents
Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high-volume periods
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements): 2-3 years of experience supporting proposals, business development, program coordination, or similar structured environments" Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise written outputs
A CF APMP, Shipley, or related certifications
Familiarity with structured processes, templates, and trackers
Interest in learning about federal contracting or professional services environments
