Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UX Researcher V to join their team. As a UX Researcher V, you will be part of the User Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to enhancing product design and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: UX Researcher V
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: 70-85/hr 8 month contract
What's the Job?
Plan and conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, and usability testing based on project needs
Develop detailed research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and study materials aligned with project objectives
Analyze research findings, identify key themes, and synthesize insights to inform product strategies
Communicate research results effectively through reports, presentations, and stakeholder-facing deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Data Science to ensure research insights are integrated into decision-making processes
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience conducting user research within industry, agency, or consulting environments
Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred
Proven ability to select appropriate research methods and execute end-to-end research projects from planning to synthesis and presentation
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the capacity to translate research into actionable recommendations
Experience using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research workflows, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
