Join us as a Paralegal in a firm focused on employer‑employee disputes. The role is fully remote, but candidates must live in the Phoenix area.

Job Details
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

What You Will Do

e‑filing in Arizona state courts and federal courts

Drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, notices, and supporting exhibits

Propounding and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission

Managing document production, Bates labeling, and organizing complex case files

Preparing and coordinating initial disclosures and supplemental disclosures

Assisting with EEOC and Department of Labor filings and related documentation

Calendaring litigation deadlines and maintaining case timelines

Coordinating depositions, subpoenas, and court reporters

Preparing mediation briefs, settlement binders, and damages summaries

Assisting with back pay and wage loss calculations

Preparing exhibit lists, witness lists, trial binders, and other trial materials

Communicating with clients regarding document collection and case updates

What We Are Looking For

2 to 5 plus years of civil litigation experience

Direct plaintiff labor and employment experience strongly preferred

ABA‑approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred, or a bachelor’s degree combined with significant relevant experience

We are seeking someone who can step in, take ownership of the role, and contribute immediately in a plaintiff focused employment litigation practice.
