We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer to design and deploy machine learning solutions that improve manufacturing operations, efficiency, and quality. This role blends hands‑on software development with applied AI in real‑world production environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models supporting manufacturing use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality inspection, and process optimization
  • Develop production‑ready software and APIs to integrate AI models into plant systems and manufacturing platforms
  • Work with operational, engineering, and data teams to translate manufacturing challenges into scalable AI solutions
  • Optimize model performance, reliability, and interpretability for industrial environments
  • Support monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement of deployed models

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineer
  • Strong Python development skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
  • Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing data sources (sensor data, PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP)
  • Experience deploying models to production using Docker, APIs, and cloud or edge environments
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management

Nice to Have

  • Computer vision experience for defect detection or visual inspection
  • Time‑series modeling for forecasting or equipment health monitoring
  • MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience working in regulated or safety‑critical manufacturing environments

Tech Stack (Typical)

Python • PyTorch/TensorFlow • SQL • REST APIs • Docker • Kubernetes • AWS/Azure • Git

Why Join

  • Work on AI solutions with direct, real‑world impact on manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams
  • Opportunity to take models from concept to production at scale
