Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help administer at D'Valda & Sirico Dance and Music Centre . Our growing studio in Fairfield, CT focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because D'Valda & Sirico is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®
Schedule
Ideal start date would be for late June. This part‑time position would average about 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for 30+ hours during peak times. Must work alternate Saturdays, occasional Sundays, and events.

Responsibilities
Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
Work directly with the directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
Assist with marketing for the studio.
Maintain strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva, Google Drive, and Microsoft Word
Comfortable with customer service, including interactions with adults, teens, and children
Possess strong marketing, phone, and interpersonal skills
Front‑desk administrative experience in an artistic venue (e.g., music or dance studio), including light manual work and assisting at various events
