User Research Specialists plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to generate insights that inform product and design decisions. They apply methods including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies. Experience with research synthesis and stakeholder communication is required.
Role Summary Purpose: Lead the discovery and validation phases of product development by integrating traditional qualitative methods with advanced AI‑assisted synthesis to ensure our products are user‑centric and compliant with emerging regulations.
Impact: This role directly influences the product roadmap, ensuring that AI features are transparent, non‑biased, and deliver measurable value to our global user base while meeting the August 2026 EU AI Act requirements.
Team Structure: Embedded within a cross‑functional squad comprising 2 Product Designers, 4 Engineers, and 1 Product Manager.
Reports To: Head of User Research.
Working Conditions: Travel Required 15%. Standard business hours with flexibility; occasional evening sessions for global user testing.
