About the Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused

Customer Service Representative

to support order management and customer interaction activities. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, Warehouse teams, and internal departments—ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.

What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, product availability, and service requests
Proactively communicate order status updates to customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams
Order Management
Enter, update, and track orders within the company ERP (NetSuite preferred)
Validate orders for correct pricing, quantities, allocation, and availability
Identify and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and documentation issues
Issue Resolution & Logistics Support
Address shipping delays, delivery exceptions, return requests (RMA), and documentation errors
Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Support Accounts Receivable with invoice discrepancies and basic chargeback documentation
Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate reporting and order status updates
Review daily order activity and resolve claims and customer issues efficiently
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Assist with testing and implementing tools or procedures that enhance order management operations
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
3–5 years of customer service or order management experience
ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
EDI and order‑to‑cash process knowledge a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, customer‑first mindset
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Languages
English required
Spanish and/or Creole a plus
