We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This role is critical in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate communication, timely order processing, and a high level of service. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery
Communicate with production, logistics, and sales teams to provide order updates and resolve issues
Monitor order status, inventory levels, and shipment schedules
Address customer concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in ERP/CRM systems
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and internal processes
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred Experience
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with order management, production scheduling, or inventory processes
