About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking
Lead Engineer
to join our Technology Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in
Kubernetes & OpenShift platform operations , drives operational excellence, and leads initiatives to improve
stability, automation, and service reliability .
You’ll play a key role in operating and enhancing cloud-native platforms, reducing operational toil, and ensuring the resilience and compliance of critical infrastructure services.

What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day Kubernetes & OpenShift platform operations (cluster maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting)
Act as an incident lead, driving root cause analysis and long-term fixes
Build automation using Python, Bash, GitOps, or AI-assisted tools
☁️ Manage full OpenShift cluster lifecycle (build, configure, upgrade, decommission)
Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security & Dev teams to drive best practices
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards
Identify gaps and continuously improve reliability and operational maturity

Required Qualifications
✔️ 5+ years in Systems/Cloud Operations or Technology Architecture
✔️ 5+ years hands-on Kubernetes or OpenShift platform experience
✔️ 2+ years Linux system operations experience
✔️ 2+ years with containerization (Docker or similar)
Nice to Have
Experience with OpenShift lifecycle management
Knowledge of ACM (Advanced Cluster Management), Git/GitOps
Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Jira, GitHub
Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills

On-call rotation required
Hybrid work model (onsite presence required)
