MarMac Roofing is seeking an experienced

Roofing Superintendent

to oversee field operations on

commercial re-roof and new construction projects . We specialize in

low-slope roofing systems

including TPO, modified bitumen, metal roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal.
This role is responsible for

managing crews, maintaining quality control, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope .
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily jobsite operations for

commercial re-roof and new construction projects
Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality, efficiency, and production
Enforce all safety standards and company policies
Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries with vendors and project managers
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, plans, and project requirements
Work closely with project managers on scheduling, sequencing, and manpower
Communicate with clients, general contractors, and inspectors
Complete daily reports, job logs, and progress documentation
Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively
Qualifications

Experience in

commercial roofing and/or new construction roofing
Strong knowledge of TPO, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and waterproofing systems
Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite operations
Ability to read plans, specs, and coordinate with GCs on new construction projects
Strong understanding of jobsite safety (OSHA knowledge preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
