Responsibilities
Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal.
Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Perform duties in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles).
Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Assist in training crew members as needed.
Complete required paperwork and attend meetings as necessary.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems
A valid driver\'s license
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers
Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
Technology savvy
Working Conditions
Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
Travel: Mostly local
