is seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to join its growing Finance team.

This role offers high visibility, partnering directly with operations leadership to drive performance and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic finance partner to regional operations leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes across multiple business units
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
• Deliver clear, concise reporting and variance analysis to leadership
• Support ongoing financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
• Partner cross-functionally across Finance and Operations teams
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of large, complex datasets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with BI or planning tools (Power BI, Planful, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
