About the Role
A community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a
Family Medicine Physician
to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care services, preventive care, and health education in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
comprehensive primary care
including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
Conduct
physical exams, screenings, and patient assessments
Order and interpret
lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic reports
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Deliver
women’s health, family planning, and prenatal/postnatal care
Educate patients on
health maintenance, nutrition, and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and compliant
EHR documentation
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams
Supervise mid-level providers and support staff when required
Participate in
clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
MD or DO degree
Completion of
Family Medicine Residency (3 years)
Board Certified / Board Eligible
in Family Medicine
Active
California Medical License & DEA
Minimum
2+ years of clinical/public health experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
Experience with
EHR systems
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
