Financial Reporting - Hybrid
A leading investment firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Reporting team. This role offers exposure to public company reporting and international operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in external reporting and supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and support public company filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Produce financial statements for international subsidiaries, including board-level reporting and jurisdictional filings
Assist with regulatory reporting requirements across global entities
Maintain and enhance financial reporting records
Partner on audit processes and support external audit requirements
Deliver ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects and process improvements
Leverage and improve reporting tools, systems, and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required
2-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 experience preferred)
Experience with reporting tools is a plus
