Financial Reporting, Senior Associate
A leading global investment firm is looking to add a
Senior Associate
to its Financial Reporting team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering strong experience in SEC reporting, global financials, and corporate accounting within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $100,000-115,000
Location: North of Boston
On-site Schedule: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Prepare and support SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Manage statutory and regulatory reporting for international subsidiaries
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, auditors, and global teams
Maintain financial reporting records for the holding company and subsidiaries
Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
Help improve reporting processes and leverage tools/technology (e.g., Workiva)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
2–4 years of experience, including public accounting (audit/assurance required)
Big Four experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools/ERP systems
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills and professional presence
