
Program Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-driven, proactive Scheduler to support program planning and execution by developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). This role is critical to ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, and program management teams, enabling informed decision-making and successful program delivery.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on scheduling expertise, and a collaborative mindset to drive schedule performance and program transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for program activities.
• Support program planning and execution across engineering, supply chain, and program management teams.
• Perform schedule updates, status reporting, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and cost/schedule integration.
• Conduct critical path analysis and assist with program reviews and audits.
Required Qualifications
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Knowledge of EVMS and schedule performance analysis.
• Proficiency with P6, Microsoft Project (MSP)..
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Location / Worksite Details
• Primary Location: Logan, UT
• Alternate Location: Albuquerque, NM
• Work Schedule: Hybrid
• Travel: Occasional travel to Albuquerque, NM
